London, UK

Exmoor, Devon

What is your focus within your sport (what sub-discipline of your sport do you do most)?
Off-road running

Why do you like that aspect the most?
I love the getting away from the tarmac and enjoying the countryside whilst getting as muddy as possible in the process!

What is the strangest thing that has happened to you while doing your sport?
In the 21 mile off-road run, Man versus Horse, you are given a headstart on the horses but you soon hear them coming! To have these horses running alongside you is a brilliant experience but also surreal.

Notable recent results?
Winner, Man versus Horse, Powys, Wales, 2016/ 9:13 hours, Challenge Roth triathlon, 2016/ winner 25-29 AG Garmin Trio Pescheira triathlon, Lake Garda, 2016/ winner Savage Slateman triathlon, Snowdonia, Wales, 2016/ 29th World OCR World Championships, Canada, 2016

Anything else you would like to add about yourself or your sport?
In 2018, I will be competing at Challenge Roth triathlon and will be aiming to go sub-9 hours. I will also be competing in Obstacle-Course Racing.
